One Account Per Player

Bonus Wagering Requirements

1 General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hibij ("hibij", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hibij platform, website located at hibij.com, mobile applications, and all related services including sports betting, casino games, crash games, live dealer games, and payment processing facilities (collectively, "the Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must refrain from registering an account.
hibij reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hibij will provide advance notice via in-platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between hibij and all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative reference document.
1.1 Platform Description
hibij is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting markets (including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports), casino games (including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games), and associated account, payment, and promotional services. hibij is designed to serve players in Bangladesh with local payment method integrations including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC.
1.2 Governing Language
All communications between hibij and players are conducted in English. These Terms, all promotional materials, game rules, bonus conditions, and support interactions are provided in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they can read and understand English before registering an account and accepting these Terms.
2 Age Restriction and Eligibility
The hibij Platform is strictly available to players aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration. hibij takes its age verification obligations seriously and employs multiple methods to enforce this requirement.
2.1 Age Verification Process
At the time of registration, all players are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older by checking the applicable declaration box. This self-declaration does not relieve hibij of its obligation to verify age independently. hibij may request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to:
- Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) showing date of birth
- Valid passport with date of birth clearly visible
- Birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority
- Driving licence containing date of birth information
Full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which includes age verification, is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal from your hibij account, regardless of the amount.
2.2 Underage Account Action
If hibij determines or reasonably suspects that a registered account belongs to a player who is under 18 years of age, hibij will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance held therein, void all bets placed from the account, and return deposited funds (less any bonuses or promotional credits applied) to the payment method used for the original deposit. hibij will not pay out winnings to any account where the account holder is found to be under the minimum age requirement.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
The hibij Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the hibij Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. hibij makes no representation that the Platform is legal, appropriate, or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk.

3 Account Registration and Verification
To place bets, play casino games, make deposits, or access any personalised features of the hibij Platform, you must first register an account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players who meet the age and geographic eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering your hibij account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a mobile phone number accessible to you, your date of birth, and your preferred currency and payment method. You must not impersonate another person or use false information when registering.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active hibij account. Registering multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, with different email addresses, or via different devices — is a material breach of these Terms. Where hibij identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and permanently confiscate all balances held across those accounts without prior notice or appeal.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibij username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. hibij will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify hibij support immediately and change your password as a matter of urgency.
hibij strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a secondary SMS verification step to the login process and provides a meaningful additional layer of security, particularly for accounts with active balances or pending withdrawals.
3.4 Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method details — you must update your account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or result in account suspension pending re-verification.
3.5 KYC Documentation
hibij operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Before processing your first withdrawal, hibij will require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of identity: National ID Card, passport, or driving licence
- Proof of payment method: screenshot of your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your name and mobile number
- Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days
KYC verification typically takes between 24 and 48 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via email once your verification is complete. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
hibij supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including mobile financial services, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency options. All transactions are processed in accordance with hibij's payment policy and applicable financial regulations.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hibij currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 network), BTC (Bitcoin), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time at hibij's discretion. Not all methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals simultaneously.
4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit at hibij is ৳100 for local mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). There is no BDT-equivalent minimum for cryptocurrency deposits — the minimum is governed by the applicable blockchain network's own threshold. Deposits are credited to your hibij account balance upon confirmation of receipt, typically within a few minutes for mobile financial service payments and within the required number of blockchain network confirmations for crypto deposits.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal in a single transaction is ৳500,000 for standard verified accounts. Players seeking higher withdrawal limits may contact hibij support to discuss VIP account arrangements. Withdrawals are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Target processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad under 30 minutes; Rocket and Upay under 1 hour; USDT (TRC-20) under 2 hours; BTC under 4 hours. These timelines apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
4.4 Fees
hibij does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from the hibij platform side. However, the following third-party fees may apply and are the responsibility of the player: mobile financial service transfer fees charged by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees) applicable to USDT and BTC transfers; currency conversion fees where applicable for Visa or Mastercard transactions.
4.5 Payment Method Consistency
Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players against unauthorised withdrawal of their funds. hibij reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.
Player Fund Protection: Deposits made to hibij are held in a dedicated player-funds account that is segregated from hibij's operating capital. This means your deposited balance is protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the hibij Platform are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each betting market and game before participating.
5.1 Sports Betting
hibij offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets across a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, ODIs), football, tennis, kabaddi, and others. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the relevant market closes. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body (for cricket: ICC; for football: FIFA or the relevant domestic federation). In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, the applicable sport-specific settlement rules will determine how affected bets are settled.
5.2 Casino and Crash Games
All casino games available on the hibij Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are delivered via live streams from licensed studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in that game's information panel. hibij does not modify, restrict, or override the RNG outcomes produced by game studios. Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, operate on independently verified provably fair algorithms. The multiplier sequences in crash games are not controlled by hibij.
5.3 Bet Voidance and Errors
hibij reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, or where the odds displayed were demonstrably incorrect. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full. hibij also reserves the right to void bets and void winnings where it is determined that a bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including cases of suspected match-fixing, collusion, or the use of automated betting software.
5.4 Maximum Win Limits
Maximum win amounts per bet and per event may apply and are specified in the relevant market's betting rules. For sports markets, standard maximum win limits are displayed on the bet slip. For casino games, maximum payout limits are specified in the individual game's rules panel. hibij reserves the right to reduce maximum win limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns or as part of its risk management programme.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
hibij offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for newly registered players, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on selected slot titles. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion in addition to these general Terms.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses multiple times is a form of bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited under Section 3.2 of these Terms.
6.3 Prohibited Bonus Strategies
Players who are found to be exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedge betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — including but not limited to arbitrage betting across markets, placing simultaneous opposite bets, or systematically placing bets with near-zero variance — may have their bonuses voided, associated winnings removed, and accounts flagged for enhanced monitoring at hibij's sole discretion.
6.4 Promotional Communications
By registering an account at hibij, you agree to receive promotional communications by email and in-platform notification. You may opt out of promotional email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by adjusting your communication preferences in the Account Settings panel. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect your eligibility for bonuses where you actively opt in via the promotion's own mechanism.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
hibij reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those set out in this section.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by hibij
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
- Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraud
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting hibij support
- Failure to comply with a request for documentation or information from hibij's compliance team
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your hibij account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat within your account. Before closing your account, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion from the hibij Platform. Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum period of 6 months. This period cannot be shortened or reversed at the player's request once activated. During the self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to the player's registered contact details. 7.4 Balance on Closure
Where hibij closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the treatment of the account balance will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or serious bonus abuse, hibij reserves the right to confiscate the entire account balance. In cases involving less serious breaches (for example, providing incomplete registration information), hibij will generally return the eligible real-money portion of the balance after deducting any bonus funds and associated winnings.
8 Responsible Gaming
hibij is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. The following provisions form part of these Terms and reflect hibij's legal and ethical obligations in this area.
8.1 Player Responsibility
Gambling at hibij should be an entertainment activity conducted within personal financial means. You are solely responsible for monitoring your own gambling activity and for ensuring that your use of the Platform remains within healthy limits. hibij provides tools to assist with this responsibility, but the primary obligation rests with the player.
8.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hibij players from within the Account Settings panel:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your account
- Session time limits — automatically log out after a defined duration of continuous play

- Self-exclusion — permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months
- Reality checks — receive on-screen reminders of time spent and money wagered during a session
Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect. Time-outs and self-exclusions take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the applicable period.
